    - For pre-orders, processing may take up to **7 business days**. Once the production is complete, shipping can take up to **3 weeks**, not accounting for potential unforeseen delays.

    **Production Time**
    - All orders are made on demand and typically take **7 business days** for production. You will receive an update once your order is ready to be shipped.

    **Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**
    - Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
    - **Standard Domestic Shipping:** 5-7 business days
    - **Expedited Domestic Shipping:** 2-3 business days
    - **International Shipping:** 10-20 business days
      
    Please note, **shipping may take up to an additional 2 weeks** due to potential unaccounted delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.
